Janome (Slender umbrella)
This is a transparent mustard-colored Japanese paper umbrella. The "KIWAMI" series is made of raw materials selected by Tsujikura and craftsmen with excellent skills.
Matte Janome" revived the old Japanese umbrella specifications by using black bamboo for the handle bamboo and wood for the parts that hold the umbrella in place. The lacquer applied to the umbrella bone is matte black. The deep and calm texture of the lacquer, instead of the glossy lacquer of the past, enhances the chic look of the umbrella when it is opened.
"Evening Moon" This snake's-eye umbrella is designed to resemble the faintly floating moon seen in the evening. The inside of the umbrella is decorated with threads matching the color of the umbrella.
