Shipment

Regarding Shipment

Please note that it is not possible to specify the delivery time and date. Orders are processed as soon as possible but may be delayed during busy periods.

Items are shipped within one week of being ordered, and a notice of shipment is sent via e-mail.

However, please note that for made-to-order products, shipping within one week may be difficult in some cases. Furthermore, for bulk orders it may take over one month to receive the products in some cases.

Customers will be notified by mail regarding the planned shipping date.
It may take approximately one week following shipping for the items to arrive.
Please understand that items may take longer to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control.

If the customer is unable to receive the package due to their own convenience, such as being away from home, and the package is returned to Tsujikura, shipping fees will be charged again.

We will contact you by e-mail if the ordered product is out of stock.

Return & Exchange

We take all the responsible measures to ensure the shipment is done correctly, however, we will exchange if you receive the wrong item for free shipping.
The customer is responsible for the shippment cost for the preference return and exchange.

Special provision of return and exchange items based on the revision of the Specified Commercial Transaction Act;

The purchased items are accepted for return and exchange if requested within 7 days after delivery.
(Exclude special items such as custom-made products.)

We do not accept returns of the following items:
– Items once used
– Items damaged or soiled by the customer

Shipping fees differ according to region and weight.
Please put the item in your cart, choose the region, and you will be able to confirm the shipping fee.
※The stand of AKARI does not include the light bulb.
※The shipping charge will be determined by changing the amount listed in yen to US dollars in accordance with the exchange rate.
