Product Details
-Black bamboo parasol-
This is a Japanese parasol made of only domestic natural materials.
No metal is used at all, including the black bamboo handle.
The black bamboo handle fits comfortably in your hand, and the sound of the wooden hajiki (Japanese cypress) resonates pleasantly when the umbrella is opened.
It is a slightly larger size than the conventional Japanese parasol.
*Please note that these parasols may not be used in rainy weather.
-Unryu paper “Asamidori”-
This Japanese paper is made of long and thin Kozo fibers, which are plowed into the paper to create a cloud-like pattern.
Under the sunlight, the washi is uniquely beautiful, and its unique texture makes it an attractive Japanese parasol.
“Asamidori” means light green or bright green with yellowish tints, like young leaves budding in spring.
