Tsujikura, the oldest Japanese umbrella shop in Kyoto Tsujikura was founded in 1690. With the support of our customers, we have celebrated 333 years in business. Wagasa is an umbrella made of natural materials such as bamboo, wood, and Japanese paper, using a traditional technique that has been handed down from generation to generation in Japan. All Tsujikura Wagasa are made of domestic materials and manufactured and sold in Kyoto, Japan. We will continue to deliver Japanese-made Wagasa to the world.
