"Tsukumogami"

Have you heard of tsukumogami? Since ancient times in Japan, there is a legend that when household items become worn out, souls reside in them, and if handled carelessly, they become yokai （Super natural existences） and start playing tricks on people.

At Tsujikura, a few umbrellas are sent to the store every month for repair. We are always grateful for the desire of our customers to repair damaged umbrellas and use them again.
Every time we receive an umbrella filled with individual feelings, we carefully consider how to repair it to meet their wishes and whether the umbrella will be pleased, and repair each one according to its condition. However, depending on the condition, repairs may not be possible and we may refuse, which is so regrettable and we feel very sorry for the customer.
