Commemorative Ceremony in Canada
Shikaoi Town, located in the Tokachi region of Hokkaido, celebrates the 40th anniversary of its sister-city partnership with Stony Plain, Canada, this year.
To mark the occasion, we were honored to receive an order for a hand-painted bangasa (traditional Japanese umbrella).
It was unveiled at the commemorative ceremony in Canada and was very well received.
