The exhibitions “Handcrafted Traditions Living in Kyoto” and “Future Master Craftsmen: Skills Showcase” will bring together the techniques of Kyoto’s traditional industries—from young artisans to master craftsmen.

Tsujikura’s wagasa (traditional Japanese umbrellas) will also be on display, offering visitors a chance to experience the beauty and craftsmanship of Kyoto’s long-preserved wagasa-making tradition.

On Saturday, March 14 from 13:00 to 17:00, a Tsujikura artisan will be present at the venue. Please feel free to stop by and say hello.
