In addition, to foster the next generation of leaders in traditional industries, the city certifies outstanding mid-career artisans active in Kyoto as Kyoto City Traditional Industry “Masters of the Future.”
Recently, a craftsman from Tsujikura was certified as a Kyoto City Traditional Industry “Master of the Future.”
