Matte black is used for the lacquer applied to the umbrella bone.
The deep and calm texture of the lacquer, which is different from the conventional glossy lacquer, gives a more chic look when the umbrella is closed, and shows a dignified appearance different from that of the ordinary lacquer.
While preserving the traditional japanese pattern inherited from our predecessors, we have breathed new life into this item.
