Product Details
This umbrella is made with Washi paper. It is slim and light, the most simple style and easy to use. It is recommended for the first Wagasa. Maiko and Geiko in Kyoto are actually using this type of Wagasa. How about a one-of-a-kind Japanese umbrella as a gift for your loved ones?
Spilling cherry blossoms.
In the spring of Japan, cherry blossoms are in full bloom and petals spill out.
This snake’s-eye umbrella is inspired by the fleeting feelings of love that arise during the cherry blossom season.
Each petal of cherry blossoms is hand-painted on a clear Kyo-purple colored Japanese umbrella.
The cherry blossoms scattered all over the parasol have a three-dimensional effect that only hand-drawing can produce.
The result is a special Wagasa, the only one of its kind in the world.
This Wagasa is recommended for commemorative photos and as a Japanese interior decoration.
It will be made after receiving your order. It takes about one to three months for delivery due to its handmade nature.
